Palliative Care Research from Sara Warzecka MD

Sara Warzecka, MD has published the results of a study she conducted with DB Peru on Palliative Care in the lower Napo River villages. Care of people at their end of life, or at a time when they are not expected to improve can be particularly difficult when living in a low resource setting. We are pleased to continue this project with tangible work to be carried out by local health workers after their intensive classes in March.
